Happy New Year to all of you! Here's my (provisional) 2020 program:

I'll kick off the season in Spain with a half distance race in Peniscola. Getting back in race modus will be the main goal here.

Aix-en-Provence 70.3 will be a good race to see how my fitness goes before I get into the final weeks of preparation for my first Ironman of the season.

THE goal of the year is Ironman France in Nice! I won it 5 times so far and it would be great if I can win this epic race one more time. Another victory in Nice would also mean a 10th full Ironman victory in my career.
That counts as a motivation no? Trying to close my career on a high!

70.3 Les Sables d'Olonne is a fantastic race organized by my French team. As I won it in 2019 I'll toe the start line as the defending champion.

The Embrunman is an epic race that I always wanted to do. In my last year as a pro triathlete I'll compete overthere and feel how hard this race in the French Alps really is!

In September I'll race my very last triathlon ... and in Belgium! More news soon!!!

And as a personal challenge, I'll finish the year with a marathon (Nice-Cannes). I ran over 30 marathons in Ironman but I never ran a marathon outside of an Ironman. Let's test how fast I can go when I'm still fit.

My preparation is in full swing, can't wait to get things going one more time!

See you soon!
