IRONMAN 70.3 Puerto Rico

Today wasn't my best day. The swim went smooth and I came, seconds of the leading duo, as 3rd out of the water. In T1 I lost more than a minute, too much and therefore I lost connection with the leading pack. 

The lead group consisted of 5 men on which I lost time gradually. In the first 20 km I felt that I didn't had my best legs today. Coming into T2 the gap to the final winner was 3:20. 

The feeling didn't get better during the run and eventually I finished at a disappointing 11th place. It is clear that I had hoped and expected a better performance today. 

Now I have some time to analyse and working towards my next races.
