NEXT RACE: IRONMAN Cozumel

Sunday will be the last race of my 2016 season, IRONMAN Cozumel. On Monday I arrived on this wonderful Mexican Island in the Caribbean Sea (my first time here) and I can barely wait to race. The location and course look really fantastic. 

Since the IRONMAN Hawaii, about 6 weeks ago, my focus was mainly on recovery and maintaining my good shape as good as possible. Most of the key sessions needed to be done indoor due to the bad weather conditions in Belgium, so I'm happy to be in a hot climate again.
