Next race: IRONMAN TEXAS

IRONMAN Texas is just around the corner... Saturday 28th April my 2018 season starts here.

After a quite long winter break I'll start my season in the US. The North American Championship is known as a fast and high quality race which explains my choice to race in Texas. My training rides and runs make me expecting a spectacular and atmospheric race.

During the winter break me and my coach made our homework and we switched back to an 'old school' training program, meaning a lot of base training and simplicity for about 5 months in a row.

During my career I didn't realise a sub-8 time (PB 8:00:25) so far, no question this is one of my ambitions on Saturday. With a deep and high quality field I'm really looking forward to it.
