Next race: TRIATHLON ALPE D'HUEZ

Thursday 2nd of August I'll be at the start of the 13th edition of the Alpe d'Huez triathlon. A mythical race including the climb with 21 turns. This race is not part of the IRONMAN circuit, but for sure one of my goals. 

About 5 weeks after after my victory in IRONMAN Nice I'm ready for my next challenge: 

• 2,2 km swim in the Lac du Verney (15 °C...cold!)

• 118 km bike with the climbs of Col de la Morte, Col d'Ornon and Alpe d'Huez, more than 3200m total elevation.

• 20 km run at the ski resort of Alpe d'Huez, again a lot of elevation and off road, very demanding.
